Studio 77 began at Sara Cangarlu’s own kitchen table on Bleecker Street, around a simple conviction: every adult deserves a home that reflects where they’ve worked so hard to be in life — put together, curated, sophisticated, and unmistakably their own.

We take on a small number of projects each year so that we’re genuinely present for every one, from the first walk-through to the day the last piece arrives.
